I always wondered, do you guys celebrate thanksgiving like how you celebrate Halloween and Christmas over there ,with like decorations and massive gatherings and stuff?
We dont celebrate Halloween with massive gatherings, but we do decorate. As for Thanksgiving and Christmas, yes, we do both gather and decorate!

I never attend any Halloween parties, mainly because I never get invited, or never hear about them. I thought you were talking about me specifically, which is why I said I dont do gatherings on Halloween. If youre talking generally, then yes, people do often gather together for Halloween parties, its just not usually family oriented like Thanksgiving and Christmas is.

Well of course! it'll be awhile though, cuz im currently at college in Vermont and it got sent to my home in Illinois, so i'll have to have my parents send it to me or something. I'll definitely make a thread for it as soon as I can though!

You almost kind don't want those things to happen because it sort of makes it harder to see your brother/sisters, the ones you grew up with.
Of course, I rather have my brother be happy, and I'm sure you feel the same about your sisters.
It's just one of those things that remind us that life moves on....
It might sound silly, but its the simple things I miss the most. Chilling out watching some tv and making fun of various moments, dubbing areas or whatever, playing some games here and their.
Even now, its my mothers birthday and soon it will be Christmas... Feels like Summer just flew by...

Dude, i feel exactly the same. You pretty much said exactly how i feel about the situation. Its kinda like a wake-up call for me sorta, because my sisters had had these boyfriends for a few years now, and all of a sudden, marriage?
